Why 2007-08? Should have done 2008-09.

Because the 07-08 Celtics made it, so they are doing like in 2k12: 2 teams from the same year. The have 99-00 Raptors and 99-00 Blazers. Two T-mac teams ;)

I actually prefer this team over 08-09 in some ways because of the streak, but Artest & Lowry in 08-09 would've been cool too. I'm just happy a Yao team made it in and it's one of my favourites.

They usually do the play-off team so that would've meant no Rafer for 08-09, so even happier this made it in over 08-09!! Skip to my Lou baby  Lowry still in the game and Artest can still make it in as a Pacer / Laker or whatever, which makes more sense anyway. Just one year with Houston.

That probably means Stevie Franchise is on there too then. That team may not have translated as well as they did in real life due to injuries but on paper and on NBA2k, they're beastly!

    PG- Stevie Franchise/Aaron Brooks/Alston
    SG- T-Mac/Mike James
    SF- Battier/Bonzi Wells/Steve Novak
    PF- Scola/Landry/Hayes
    C- Yao/Mutombo

I'm sure they picked that season's team based on the 22 game winning streak

wondering if they will have the whole team on there, shouldn't be a problem since most are still active players unlike the 1994 team they had in previous games

No they will have the play-off roster and Franchise was not meant to start..

Alston / Bobby Jackson / AB
    T-mac / Head
    Battier / Harris / Novak
    Scola / Hayes / Landry
    Yao / Mutombo

If anybody is left out: Harris which would be a shame, loved that dude.

You don't win 22 straight without a great bench..it was actually an awesome bench just very underrated.

Too bad it couldn't be 1 season later. Either way, I'm super happy they're bring Yao and Tmac back.

i knew someone was gonna say that. on paper it looks like sheit but i know its not terrible, just lacks. luther disappears in the playoffs. jackson is the best guard and he was old as hell. hayes and harris were good hustle players, and of course deke

    T-Mac's rating would have plummeted.
That was the season after all his surgeries and when he looked like ****.

Yao was coming out of an MVP year in 06. He straight dominated and his rating was sky high. Twack was still wack but still had knees and his tampon was stil dry.

I agree on 08-09 as the superior team but it didnt have two "superstars" in their prime, just one.

Awesome! I'm very very glad this team is in the game.

Is there a full list of the throwback teams? There better be a mid 90s Rockets team in there too
