Houston is not allowed to sign him back for a year after the trade.

And that is a shame. He's got NBA level passing skill and can play decent defense if he's healthy. Here's to his health.

That's too bad. I wonder if he'll just go back home where he's guaranteed playing time.

If team's are smart, he'll get some interest. He's worth a spot in the rotation somewhere.

Too bad. I liked his energy off the bench. Skilled passer for a big man.

Anyways, this trade is looking like a complete steal for the Rockets. Essentially, the Nuggets got Nick Johnson and a first round pick which will most likely be outside the top 25. That's like chump change for Morey.

This has 76'ers written all over it, after waivers.

76ers should sign him temporarily so that we can get him back later. :)

That way we can get back the only thing that was worth a damn in that Lawson package we gave away.

He has some skills, but he is a low IQ player who doesn't understand that the ball needs to go INTO the basket. His lack of IQ is reflected in his 35% FG%.

Smart player, like a lot of what he does, but needs to improve his shot

I have a feeling that the Spurs could make him look like very well

Would be very annoying to see him join the Spurs. He would fit right in over there.

His game is 100% ready except refining his jump shot - which seems inevitable given his work ethic.

    Hayes
    DMo
    Papa
    Harden
    Lawson

Fun to imagine this great passing team on the floor together.
