Sorry, couldnĀ“t find a way to embed the tweet.

Not really important for the big picture, but I really enjoy when the Rockets innovate. And would love to know the logic behind this.

Sorry, misinformation on the tweet. I just understood this is a former HS player.

    Please lock.

It's weird how he worded the tweet. It makes it sound like he's a player coming out of high school or something.

There is a reason 4 year university grad is referred as a former HS player.

Asked in the Summer League thread, does anyone know what happened to him?

Was considered one of the top talents and lottery talent for a long time, then dropped in the ranks year after year. Only lived off his body in HS and lacks skills for the pros?

He's actually the product of a wild LeBron, Kobe (Bryan) , Nash threesome.

Dude was built like a man in HS. Came to college and couldnt really do much of anything at a high level. Poor basketball IQ, poor 3pt shooter, poor passer, but still has an NBA body. Thought he would figure it out in college but it didnt really happen. Averaged like 17pts his senior year but never became the star go to player that he was billed to be. He should seriously have been working on his 3s and defensive footwork because the dude was built and has all the physical tools to be a good 3 and D player. Hope he figures it out.

I don't think he'll have much of a future unless he can learn how to hit the 3.

I remember seeing his name when he was coming out of high school and projected in the next year to be a top pick in the draft.

I'm guessing the Rockets are hoping to have him with the Vipers.

He was projected to be a top 20 pick a few years back. Sad he went undrafted.

Apparently he underwhelmed the tweet poster, because he's only known as "A TOP HS RECRUIT" even though it's been a few years since he played in HS.

Well...if the kid wants to get paid, he will work hard on developing a consistent shot. He is no longer the high recruit expected to go to college 1 year and jump to NBA...he is in there with workers, grinding and learning the game. There is a lot of money to go around and if he wants some, he has to earn it.
