Please forgive, but hope is GRIM winning this series. All I want now is to prove the "GS in 5" predictions wrong. Rockets were in similar position 2 years ago vs OKC. I was very proud of that squad pushing the Thunder beyond 5 games after being down 0-3. Situations are also similar because of injuries... Westbrook vs DMo-Wolverine. If the Rockets avoid the sweep, great, but it will justify most experts' predictions and that would suck because they've been low-balling HOU the entire season. Heck, DAL was able to go 5 against us despite everything going on with them (injuries and "injuries"). Regardless of outcome, still loving the fact we beat LAC in historic fashion and made the Conference Finals.
Yeah, this team doesn't have the tough players who will make plays. Guys like Scola and Battier and Garcia. Both superstars are flawed. Howard can't hit FTs and can get frustrated easily. Harden isn't a lights-out shooter. He is up and down in the playoffs because we can't make teams pay for doubling, tripling him.
Mostly agree, except Battier was long gone by '13. Rockets missed plenty more open shots tonight than the Warriors. Harden won't miss be as off next game or the next. HOU has the players capable of pushing to 6.

We should try anything, like what we did in Game 6 against the Clips. Have Harden come off the bench, make Dwight the main focus, and play all the hungry rookies.
Just make the game enjoyable to watch. I'd rather watch the deep bench play than see the usual bricks from Brew, Smith, Prigs or Terry losing Curry
The only unfortunate thing about our postseason run is our best moments the past two series have all come on the road. If we can somehow rally the troops and win Game 4, we have a slim chance at Game 5
If you want to win at all you start Nick Johnson and completely scrap what you've been doing on defense. Sadly McHale will try the same old shut that has 0-7 against GS. Definition of insanity. After the last 2 games I see no reason to give Pablo a single minute. Ditto Josh Smith.
