    Decent penthouse, no way is it worth paying that kind of money for it, even among stupid rich people that's still overpriced. Maybe in Manhattan but not in Houston.

    I don't get the point of a guy like Les needing to live in the center of town like that.

    I don't imagine he needs to be in the area where it's "happenin'" so that he can hit up all the bars, restaurants, and shopping spots.
