    Yes or No.

If you say yes, list the players you would trade him for and then what would your solution be at the 3-spot?

I'd trade anyone on this roster under the right circumstances (save Harden).

NOOOOO!! He can guard 1s-4s. Trading him would set back the team severely.

We need to upgrade the PG spot. And limit Dwight's minutes. I mean sit him when he's doing TO after TO after TO.

We need a more offensively competent PG. Maybe we already have him on the roster--Canaan or Shved. I mean, coaches, can't you experiment a bit more?

I would even experiment on the coaching. Like ask J.B. or Finch to coach a game or two. Send McHale home to Minnesota for a vacation or something.

I'd trade him for Joe Johnson as long as we could keep Brewer.

I'd gladly trade him in the right deal. The right deal might not be available anytime soon, though.

    Not for anyone realistically get-able.

If we're getting Durant or Anthony Davis then of course.

Won't get anything worthwhile while he shoots 30% each game.

I would be willing to trade any player at any time, if it brought back a better player. It always depends on what you get back in return. Right?

it would have to be a really good trade, oen that cant be turned down. not just a minor improvement and doesnt have to be a 3rd star. his shooting is back to normal in january. he actually does have a limited passing game and cna be utilized if his team had an actual playbook.

    No,

Ariza, Motiejunas and Brewer are the three most important role guys on the team

Sure. Be realistic. I named Joe Johnson. I think that's a good example of a player that could very well be available and BRK may very well be willing to take Ariza at his salary plus a youngster (Jones) and a couple expiring contracts. Especially if they are headed south to the lottery at the deadline.

I am pretty sure he has negative value. He is hot garbage.

The question is too open-ended. Sure, I'd trade him, but the player coming back in the exchange better make my nuts bubble.

Joe Johnson isn't such a player.

To be honest, Ariza jacking Moreyball bricks might be painful to watch sometimes, but I fear trading him will also trade away any commitment the team has to defense (recent defensive "efforts" notwithstanding).

Acquiring a Dragic (okay, I don't give up easy) and keeping Wolverine could create a rotation that would see Harden playing some 3. Which might see Brewer or even Ariza elsewhere.

So, it could happen. Not entirely likely.

Interesting. You wouldn't trade Ariza for Joe Johnson. I would.

You would trade Ariza for Goran. I wouldn't. And I don't think PHX would want him for Goran.

There are to sides to the ball, brah.

I know casual fans think only offense matters, but guess what, defense is exactly 50% of the game.
