Yeah, root for his ass now while he plays for a **** team.

Two years later, he's going to be kicking the Rockets ass, and we are going to be b****ing and moaning about this guy.

Next step is to be able to carry an offense.

Might be my favorite player as we speak. I knew this dude was going to have a monster season after what I saw he did at the world cup.

Portland is also a longer team. I'd give the combo of 7' guys LA and Lopez some credit.

INB4 "but he needs 1 more apg before I'm impressed!!!"

But yeah the guy is ridiculous. He controlled the defensive end of the court against the Rockets. We just couldn't even get up a good shot near the rim when he was in the game. Couple that with his rebounding, energy, ability to finish at the rim AND a silky-smooth knock-down jumper? Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit that's too much. Too much.

He's puts up monster numbers, but he's not a dominant player...yet.

Most of his points come in the flow of the game, he's not really a player you have to build a gameplan to stop. Dream wasn't that guy early in his career either. That's his next evolution as a player. Defensively he's a game wrecker in the paint, but his defense outside the paint is really sub-par right now. If he's gonna play PF, he's gonna have to leave the paint to defend guys, and he really needs to improve that.

He's still extremely young, and clearly has the potential to be one of the games luminaries, but I would still pick a handful of guys ahead of him if I wanted to win this year.
