You get home from a 7am to 4pm job, how active are you at home and how soon do you knock out?

I get home and crank the dvr and clutchfans. I don't clean up or anything. Then in just 3-5 hours I'm knocked out.

My roommates won't do the dishes, we literally have none left...
I did it last time and I'm not going to do it again because then I become the dishes guy and these mother****ers use a lot of dishes.

A gym at work has been a life-saver. Working out during my lunch hour is efficient. Grab lunch on the way up and eat in my office is my Mon-Thurs routine.

Ain't nothing wrong with that. I started back up running about 3 months ago. If you can just work yourself up to doing 5-7miles 3 times a week, supplement it with some protein and pushups, you'll be on point.

MWF-8-4:15 work, 4:30-6 gym...one hour cardio one hour strength
    T-Thu-8-6 work, 6:15-8:15 gym

Starting in November, my work day will begin at 6 and end at same times. My basketball season begins. Two hour morning practices for the kids.

I hope this old guy still has it in him.

I got too swole that I lost stamina, cuts, aesthetics, and now I'm short of breath. I want to run just to clear my mind and get demand cardiovascular gains in bed.

    I can be pretty lazy.

Lazy days are like this: get home from work at 5:00pm, sit on my ass while wife cooks dinner, eat dinner, sit on ass some more, shower, go to sleep.

Most days are something like this though: get home from work at 5:00pm, help cook dinner, eat, help clean kitchen, go on a walk or bike-ride with wife, shoot hoops in driveway or do push ups & sit ups inside, shower, watch something on DVR, go to sleep.

And that's a full day. I don't know how people with kids have the time for anything, especially if both parents are at work/commute for 10 hours a day.

It's impossible to be lazy with 3-year-old twins.

    6:15 - 5:15, work
    5:15 - 6:30, dinner, play with boys
    6:30 - 7:15, give bath
7:15 - 8, wind down boys, put to bed
8 - 9, wind down wife, put to bed
9:00, finally get some lazy time for as long as I can manage to stay awake

    Typical week day

I "work" 8:00 - 4:00 - Usually just sit on CF, other sports forums, random interwebz for 6 hours, lunch 1 hour, 30 minutes dump and work for about 30 minutes

    5:00-6.30 - Gym

    7:00 - 9:00 - Eat, TV, Shower etc.

9:00 - 10:00 - More TV, bedroom time with the GF then sleep

Needless to say, I am very productive.

Do what I did at 20-21...... buy all paper plates. Gives you more time to play video games, pork ladies, eat, sleep and do drugs.
