If you were Brooks, would you even want to come back? I wouldn't. McHale refused to him at times, even with injuries and we traded him for a straight up bad player midseason.
Really don't understand the way we've managed Brooks. He was our best 3-pt shooter last year and he's a more than capable backup pg in this league. Really have no idea why McHale refused him minutes or why Morey traded him for peanuts. We don't deserve Aaron Brooks.
I agree. The brooks trade was totally unnecessary last season in my opinion. He produced while on the court and i'm sure the rockets could've found a way to get him more minutes. He was bound for a couple of big moments or at least quality production. AT times it seemed he cared the most.
Ha, if not for Brooks during that first part of the season when Lin or Beverly were out, we would have a truly bad start. Harden is an awful defender, does he suck?
He is a great scorer. I'll always have a soft spot for AB. Good for him & hope he gets a decent pay day from it.
I bet Thibodeau knows more about basketball than you. I bet he knows more about the Chicago Bulls basketball team than you as well. They have plenty of defenders _ what they need are scorers. It's what you call balance.
AB had a trade kicker. The rockets gave him the choice to stay and work toward something big, or leave and get a chance for a great deal. Daryl did him a solid, in fact, AB was rooting for us against Portland. Get your facts straight.
Yeah, Bev leaps in the air and robs rebounds from big men. So yeah, defense and rebounding is important.
