Don't know if you remember the guy from LA that was killed on 58th St in NYC in broad daylight and was caught on camera shooting the victim. The NYC cops never caught the killer despite having him on camera and having the license number of the car he drove away in. Fat chance the NYC cops are even interested in catching the guys that beat up Ms. Stivano even if they were caught on camera.
