Robin Lopez after losing 2 games to Spurs

"With Houston, there wasn't any -- not that much pressure on defense.
And offensively, they focused a lot more on isolation game, whereas
    San Antonio's swinging the ball."

I don't really know if Morey, McHale and the team knew where the problems were even by now.

My god, just imagine Rick Adleman and all his screen sets with a club that features the best offensive two guard in the league, the premiere center of the NBA, and talent all around. I'd love to blame McHale's offensive deficiencies for this, and normally I would.. but the Rockets gave up over like 110 points every game but game 6... Now thats just horrid defense, no discipline, and no accountability. And thats where McHale's defensive deficiencies take home the crown. The guy is inept in all phases of coaching except be a "players coach" to a shooting guard who is never held accountable for his infinite number of defensive lapses and laziness. This team has serious serious potential, but McHale won't be the man to maximize it...

The Princeton offense would actually be perfect for this team. We don't really play positional lineups anyways, and all our players are capable of dribbling, shooting and moving without the ball. We can go 4 in 1 out and maximize D12's space while an offball screen with a backdoor cut would do wonders for opening up layups. Unfortunately, this team can't even comprehend that they should just do PnR until defenses are forced to adjust.

This is an agenda to help Harden to make into MVP candidate number.

Denver and New York had do the same for Carmelo over years.

Straight from the horse's mouth. What's your plan now, Morey?

The Princeton in its purest form is a is a high / low post threat with cuts and screens off of that .... I think Jones (or Motiejunas) could work well in that role.

Chuck Hayes was damn good as the high post guy ... even if he couldn't shoot.

Didn't he say that after Game 1? Honestly, I actualy thought they were going to give the Spurs a run for their money. Guess I was wrong. This sure does make Mchale look bad.

Even HOU get their big3, they don't have the coach to put them together.

Princeton offense needs a center with a mid-range shot...

In Game 5, the only game where we beat them by 10 points, there was a lot of passes and touches by all the players. It's a pity we couldn't recreate that in Game 6.

Keep McFail and keep allowing our team to be coached the wrong way. That's the plan.

No sht sherlock. Is McHale really coming back next year? Goddam, wouldn't be nice to have Lillard chasing Lin around screens every play to tire him out like he has to with Parker.

I picked Spurs in 5. I may have given the Blazers too much credit. I honestly didn't think Portland was that good in the previous round. It was pretty obvious the Rockets beat themselves in a lot of those games. The only one where Portland won convincingly was Game 2 and even that required a lot of help from the Rockets with them making zero adjustments from Game 1, Harden and Parsons not showing up, Lin's idiotic intentional foul with 30 seconds left and the team down only 3, and McHale playing only 7 guys(not counting Cisco's 2 or 3 minutes on the floor).
