No. Losing to Portland was our fault. I find it hard to hate anybody other mo Williams. Portland played their hearts out and we played like entitled babies.

The way they were playing, they probably would have killed us too if we faced them. But yeah, I was glad Portland got their ass whooped.

Half yes, half no. I'm still bitter, so it was nice to see them get run out of the gym. But it also points to how incredibly flawed the Rockets are, which is a tough pill to swallow.

No, because it just shows how crappy our team is.

Nope. I have no animosity against Portland. I wish them the best. I already despise two teams (Mavs, Jazz) and see no benefit in adding a third. I wouldn't want to risk diluting my hate. :)

Bitter. It's like rubbing salt in the wound. Not only did we lose to the Blazers, but last night showed that we lost because we have a horrible coach who wasted an entire season without implementing a coherent offensive system and defensive strategy. And now we get to go through the same thing all over again next season.

Not really. They did show everyone that the Rockets had a terrible defense.

If you really believe that the Spurs beat down on the Blazers will help you feel better about us getting screwed by the refs,

    check this out,

the Spurs were chanting multiple times last night : Refs Suck! Refs Suck!

    It's happening everywhere.

    So get over it.

Yes and no. It made me realize that if Portland was losing by 20 - 25 points....we would have been losing by just as much if not more based on how we performed against Portland. The idea that we were going to be ready for the playoff version of the Spurs was a myth. Portland maybe did us a favor. Now we can watch them lose instead. If you can't compete in the next round of the playoffs, then I don't see what good it does to even get there. But, we will see how the next few games go.

It's hard to accept that Splitter and Barnes are better defenders than Asik and Howard to slow down Aldridge.

I was glad because I knew Spurs would do exactly just that against Portland. I still say Spurs will sweep that.

but in the end this is good for the team. lets the gm and the players know there's a ton of work to be done. iso ball won't work in playoffs.

When i watched the Blazers getting owned by the Spurs, i feel like the Blazers does not belong or deserve to be in the 2nd round. It should have been the Rockets. The Rockets vs Spurs would have been more entertaining. And I am sure the Spurs would fear the Rockets because we whooped them 4 straight times during the regular season. They couldn't guard us.
