Who's the best candidate to replace Bev if comeback isn't option

    Baron Davis
Scorer, not really a defender. Can get hot but has been out awhile. Who knows

    Sebastian Telfair
Serviceable backup. More of a game manager as opposed to a shotmaker. Could be wrong

    Mike James
Old. But can defend full court (like Bev). Might be the safest option defensively. Can he hit a open jumpshot? That's a make or break to me

    Eric Maynor
Serviceable backup. Don't know if he does anything the Rockets need at PG
    Roddy Beaubois

    Chris Duhon
    Scrub. Please no

    Jamaal Tinsley
Crafty vet. Can definitely assist, and plays with chip. But I'm not sure if he can slow down any of the top PG's we'll be facing in the playoffs.

    Daniel Gibson
Not really a PG. Can shoot the 3. I'll like his size. But is he quick enough to guard point guards??? Not sure. I do like the fact he's a good spot up shooter

One thing is for sure. Morey NEEDS to do something. You traded away our reliable 3rd string guard (who's currently playing GREAT in Denver). A move needs to be made. We can not afford to stand pat

Troy Daniels is a SG... Not a PG. Would run Harden at point before Daniels

i'd keep rotation as is. Let lin come off the bench a little earlier though.

    c-Howard
    pf-Demo
    sf-Tjones
Parsons at the shooting guard. (it's not like there are t0p 10 guards all over the place, and i've seen parsons purposely matched up on pgs even with bev in there)

    drumroll please.....

    Harden officially at pg.

Any backup PG capable of bringing the ball up against playoff pressure is enough for me. In that list, maybe Gibson or Maynor?

No body mentioned T.Jones. Was once a guard, has handles, can ball.

They probably will sign a veteran PG FA ala Eric Maynor maybe?

this is what i say too. hamilton's defense is better than bev's and harden was always the true pg.

It's Isiah time. (off the bench)

Morey wouldn't have traded Brooks if he didn't believe in the kid.

I'm sure he didn't want him playing this many minuets this soon but injuries happen.

The best bet to actually replace the things he did on the court would be to look at an NFL CB. That's genuinely your best shot. In other words, don't bother.
