Heck yes I grew up with Steve and Moochie :):):). They were the first ball players I looked up to (born 6months after cha'pionsh no.2 so I never saw/remember Dream) :(

That team was so fun to watch live. I miss Rudy!!

beat me to it. I came here to post that link of Clutch's recap.

Was at all those home games in that video, but no other game was more exciting than the Indiana 30T. Moochie went insane in that third OT

That was way before the Internet could deliver game videos. I had my Tivo recording it, and my gf noticed it stopped and restarted it for me. I also remember burning about 20 copies for cf.net members who couldn't see it and mailing them off. I remember Will leading the request for copies.

Wow, blast from the past. He was always one of my favorites to watch. Stat-wise, nothing special, but he always seemed to have a big impact in games.

Seems like the game was more fun to watch back then, less predictable with guys like this in the league.

I was at the game where he hit the shot in the corner and ran and jumped up on the scorers table and strutted. 11 rows up at half-court. I'll never forget it. It was one of my favorite moments at a live Rockets game.

Moochie got hated on a lot towards the end, but he was so fun that first year or two.

Unrelated: A few years ago I saw Moochie at Ikea.

I remember that Indiana game. Incredible. Loved moochie. Too bad it didn't workout so well in the long run.

Moochie Norris. Clutchness second only to Big Shot Bob in Rockets lore.

Did Moochi really have any one skill he excelled at? What a strange but lovable player.

Really nice guy in person too.
