At first I thought "That seems like an unnecessarily long time to hold such a trivial grudge", but then I thought about it this way: Morey just saw that and figured "I should tweet a joke about moving screens" and then tried to come up with an example for Houston fans to relate to. Once you figure that out, it's definitely hilarious. ;)

I think he saw it and immediately thought of Przybilla. He's always pointed out his moving screens. They are synonymous to him by now.

Props to the OP for the "vanilla gorilla" reference. That's as funny as the tweet.

Maybe Morey is just obsessed with Ös.

Ömer Asik. Mövenpick. In Braunschweig to scout Dennis Schröder.

Movenpick hotels are luxury boutique hotels. I've stayed at a few in Germany and the middle east..I guess umlauts are funny for some people..i don't get it

Hey, it would be great if (in the NBA Draft forum) you could put together a list of the players most likely being scouted by Morey and Karnisovas on this Europe trip based on the cities/teams they have been to/seen.

I haven't been paying much attention, so I'm only aware of him (likely) scouting Dario Saric, considered the best Euro prospect in this year's draft by DraftExpress.

    Thanks in advance!

Nope, Šarić is just average. It's crazy how he fell off.

kid looks pretty solid. solid backup pg type material.

I increasingly like DM's strategy of potentially picking up 1 or 2 solid backups basically from nowhere. Ala Beverely. I assume this kid is being scouted more from a draft perspective, but as a late 2nd round pick, same type of idea.

I might look into it, but I really haven't been able to follow the European scene much this year. I would guess Morey was in Bamberg to check out German centers Maik Zirbes and Philip Neumann, but with some of these other cities/teams your guess is a good as mine.

The joke is that Pryzbilla sets "moving picks".
