The Secret Service can and should do their thing, but it seems like Twitter could have dealt with this before it became a news story. She's not doing herself any favors by still talking, but something about bringing the weight of the world on this one goofy person for a single comment seems a bit much.

 

Taking the lunatic fringe and assuming that all of a party subscribes to their insanity is not only incorrect, it is what is wrong with politics in this country today.

This woman, and anybody like her, is reprehensible. Perhaps our leaders in Washington will set a new ten of compromise and cooperation to replace our current tone of contempt and divisiveness.
