So, I'm thinning out my herd of guitars... partly to re-focus on bass, but also so I can use the extra money on some home improvements. I have a 1969 Fender Mustang in Competition Orange (the rarest of the Red, Blue, and Orange Competition Stripe series). They made these from 1969 until about 1973, and the early ones with the matching headstocks are more collectible. It's a short-scale guitar that's ideal for smaller hands or for rhythm guitar. If you have larger hands like I do, soloing is not its forte (smaller scale = shorter distance between frets); however, it does sound fantastic. I'm not looking for trades (no, I will not take used hair gel or a six-pack of St. Arnolds Divine 12), but I am somewhat open to negotiating on the price. $3,250 OBO is the asking price. There are more pictures and info in the Craigslist ad, but here's one for CF: With that in mind, here's the craigslist ad: http://houston.craigslist.org/msg/3309511808.html
