Obvious Brandon Roy reference in Dark Knight Rises (Spoilers!)

    Anyone else immediately think about Roy during the scene in the movie where Wayne is at the doctor, and is told that he literally has no cartilage left in his knees? This strikes a eerily similarity to Roy's career where he was the best player in his prime in the league kinda like Batman in his prime in DC universe, but both take a early retirement due to injuries. This doesn't surprise me considering Christopher Nolan is a big basketball fan (Basketball is wildly popular in England)and was was paying tribute to one of the best players in NBA history.
