Pakistani police man kills sister for wearing jeans

    Lahore, Jul 21 (PTI) A Pakistani policeman in this eastern city allegedly shot dead his sister for wearing jeans, officials said today.

    Constable Asad Ali was unhappy with his sister Najma Bibi, 22, for wearing what he considered were "men''s clothes", especially jeans, officials said.

    The siblings often quarrelled over the issue and Ali allegedly shot and killed his sister yesterday.

    A few days ago, Ali had warned his sister that he would kill her if she did not stop wearing jeans and trousers.

    Subsequently, Najma filed a complaint against her brother at the police station in the residential neighbourhood of Shahdara and sought protection.

    However, the police took no action against Ali.

    According to the FIR filed after the crime, Ali followed Najma when she left the house yesterday and allegedly fired at her near Shahdara Morr, killing her instantly.

    Ali managed to escape and police are conducting raids to nab him, officials said.

    What is the causation?

    It seems the rest of the world has progressed past this level of sexual bigotry and subservient role of females in their culture. If your argument is it isn't Islam, what is your reasoning for the lack of progress?

    The state religion in Pakistan is Islam, which is practiced by about 95-98% of the 187,343,000 people of the nation. The remaining 2-5% practice Christianity, Hinduism and other religions.

    That seems to be more the consequence of a culture where females are trapped in a subservient role, not a causation. If not, please explain.

I could give two ****s if you have some odd paranoia of 1/6th of the Earths population. Thats your own issue to deal with.     Maybe there is some sort of agency in Germany that we can report ATW to. He is showing such an obsessive level of hatred toward Muslims that he should probably be put on some sort of a watch list to check out if there are any hate crimes against Muslims in Germany.

    I believe in light of their history with the Nazis, normal Germans are very concerned with these types of obsessions.

    I am asking for causation and not making any arguments. Both posts were requests for causation bro.

    Females being trapped in a subservient role is the causation of female foeticide. What is the causation of this level of sexual bigotry and subservient role of females in their culture.?

    So it is "hatred of Muslims" to quote a news report in which the victim of a senseless killing is a Muslim?

    You should talk to "Grizzled" about how that idea worked out for him.

    Honor killings, acid burnings, and martial rape are NOT justified by Islamic ideology. Trying to ascribe them to Islam is intellectually dishonest and you should know better...
