And if he re-signs with them he'll have Brooks as his backup (Suns made qualifying offer to Brooks). Can someone say "Akward"
Dragic is just biding his time to see if houston trades lowry. He really wants to be a starter. But he knows Houston can pay him the most, unless Nash spurns Toronto.
It will all be over July 14th. I believe that by then all will be done with regards with the roster for the upcoming season. I can't wait to see the team down here in RGV for the open practice and the first preseason against OKC.
haha. To be honest, I complete forgot about that he was apart of the botch trade. But at least he was moved for one of the better players at his position in Gasol as opposed to being moved for a whiny brooks at the time.
I really don't see any reason Dragic would want to go there with Phoenix drafting a first round point guard. Like someone else said, he is likely bidding his time until Lowery is traded.
Don't think PHX is the lead threat. He likes the city apparently, but that team is likely gonna be crap-- even Nash couldn't carry them into the playoffs. I heard they are also pursuing Gordon, though... so if they pair the two of them, it'll be a better team..
