From how Kahn explained it sounded like all the pushing for Budinger was from Adelman.

LOL you can feel how Adelman looves Chase as if he were a son, the other kids are going to get jelly.

T-wolves will be solid next year, Chase will probably put up solid numbers. But #18 was great value for him.

From the Wolves standpoint, I actually believe they got a steal for the 18th pick. Chase is going to walk in knowing the system and be gifted with the starting spot. His game fits with their motion offense, so he will probably put up solid numbers like when he started for us. I wouldn't be surprised with 15 and 6 on solid efficiency. Basically a starter and all that for a mid first rounder and I would be ecstatic if I was a Wolves fan.

Of course as Rockets fans, we know very well his limitations, personally being a huge critic of his. He was not going to start here(or have much of a future), or on most teams in the NBA. So from a value prospective, we got an absolute steal with the 18th pick as well, because no other team without Adelman on it would pony up that much.

In the end, great trade for both sides. Win/win.

Hopefully once Lowry is shipped off, DD can find a new board.

Thats basically all I want out of this draft, trade Lowry so DD can move on to the Clippers.

Adelman has the pull on the Wolves, not Kahn... I am sure RA wanted Chase, he likes soft jump shooters that don't defend well.
