If the child is actually his and she can prove it...why not just take him to court?

I don't think it would be that complicated but I don't know all the ins and outs of the system.

When she applies for assistance, the courts will seek child support on his behalf and any assistance she recieves will have to be repayed by him.

Now if this was Bosh's mother then that would be different, but i have never even seen this chick before, put her on basketball wives and call it a day
