I thought Chase was extremely useful in providing instant offense from the bench and spreading the floor due to his deadly 3 ball.

Not a bad deal though.... Fab Melo with the 18th if the pick is not traded away

That's 3 very good first round draft picks in the deepest draft in years, one to go(for Lowry) and we get our superstar, via trade or via the draft

Wow... previously folks talked about Martin for #18. Chase was a second round pick. I suspect it gets packaged, but at #18 you have possibilities like Teague, Taylor, Melo, or White.

We may be able to get Gasol and Howard i believe. Then hope and pray that DWill comes some kind of way.

It's a deep draft, so we may be able to get better value than Chase with it. However, I would say on average the #18 pick is not as productive as Bud. Doubt we're keeping the pick anyway.

Adelman always had a boner for Bud. I remember reading about him telling Les to never trade Bud. Can see why Minny may even prefer Bud to Martin: much cheaper. Wonder what happens to KMart now.

Adelman loves Chase, he fits into their system even better than Kmart does.

And he is much cheaper.....good for both teams.
