If Morey lets him walk and he turns into a franchise PG, it will be the worst move he has ever made as a GM.

I would rather him err by overpaying Dragic than err by being too cheap and giving up a guy who could finally be our next superstar.

If the Rox let Dragic walk it would be FAR worse than letting Lin go. If it means trading Lowry, so be it (and Lowry has been my favorite player on the team the last two years).

They have to keep him. If someone overpays. Overpay with them. Make them trade for him or Lowry. Thats our only real option to getting a better playoff team. If they wnat to keep him? Morey has to assure him he will be the one staying or that his contract will be so large and the Rockets will still accomodate him to a good team if they move him plus the large contract. Enough of that losing guys just because we have someone there as good as them like Lowry is. Keep them both.

This. Forget DH or whoever priority number 1 is keeping Dragic.

I mean, if DM lets Dragic walk just because he costs too much or we have to sign another dude or whatever, he should be fired. Dragic's blossoming into a super star player, right now he's basically at the mid-star level. and at only 25 years old he's gonna be playing for a LONG time. Dragic should be resigned period, even if Les has to amnesty Kmart to do it.
