But the funny thing in this whole clip is Harpring. He was the same dirty/sneaky/cheap player for the j*zz when he was playing, and yet he was calling out KG here. So much fail.
KG is a beast at the 5 in recent games and Harpring is a dirty douchebag so I wouldn't take much from it.
His whole life he's been running from the 5. And those antics, nobody has dropped his ass so he will keep doing it. Good for the league since it's getting soft.
If I were Al,...I'd cheap shot him back....at the end of the play with the action going the other way, elbow to the face and hard. The reason he gets away with it is because the players let him get away with it.
I've seen a few Jazz games this season. Harpring is always saying "this is where the Jazz need to foul hard, to send a message..hard enough to get the point across" when the opposing team goes on a run. Guys a scumbag.
I agree with him there. If someone pushes down and steps on Scola's face. I expect either Scola or someone else on the Rockets to piledrive someone into the ground and pummel their face in... maybe not to that extent but players need to protect their teammates.
"....when they go on a run" meaning the other team were outplaying the Jazz legitimately, not doing anything especially dirty. He wanted physical retaliation in the form of dirty fouls because of that..
KG is a very emotional guy. That's one good way of saying that Garnett is has no control over his emotions like animals.
Say what you will about Harpring, but he's right on this one. I hope somebody puts KG in his place before it's all said and done.
I hate people who say that lol. Passion and love for the game are not synonymous with dirty cheap play.
i thnk the point harpring is making is that it's "fake". There are those players who do it and stay in your face and are ready to take it. Then there's those who do hit and runs, like Garnett.
