Didn't learn his lesson being married long enough to have a 17 year old kid... why in the world would you start over.

The guy is around my age and I just don't know what the hell I could have in common with an 18 year old? Sex can only last so long before you have to talk and interact with her.

She couldn't even have a margarita if we went out to eat mexican food.

My soon to be wife told me about this story in the car yesterday. She, no surpise, called him disgusting, a pig, and a perv. When I didn't join in with the name calling, she got mad at me. I had to say how bad of a person was to get her off my case, all the while thinking in my head 'good for him.' haha

lol, it's a bit harder to define because private schools are often nontraditional / alternative. Teachers don't have to be certified, there's a lot more part time teachers, etc. That doesn't make it any different morally but legally it makes it murky. I think as a matter of course public school teachers especially should be banned from any kind of inappropriate relationship with a student.

Really the legal age should be 21, but with a provision that at 18 to 20 you can be with a person that is no more than 5 years older than you are.

This is probably the dumbest thing I've heard in this thread. Who are you to play morality police? I met my gf when she was 19 and I was 29 and we are extremely happy together. Our families love each other and everything (it helps when you grow up in similar backgrounds).

Just because something can go bad due to age difference doesn't meant it will. Let the two adults figure that out for themselves.

I am guessing his life at home wasn't great. His wife was probably not giving him the time of day, and this young girl is probably fawning over him showing him all this attention cause she doesn't know any better and he just took advantage of the situation.
