Now they're saying it's an achilles tear.

That could be a good sign, because if it isn't a bad tear it could be repaired and he could be back in a few months to 6 months. I believe Marcus Camby had the same injury a few years ago. He was out from around December to May or April or something like that.

No way. Even if Mo is down, this team can get to the playoffs, as long as the Rockets make a deal for a decent big man, like Jahidi White. Mo would have just made it easier, and I think a near lock. It's not over yet though, hopefully it's the not that an injury, but I'm not giving up on this season by a long shot.

I am getting so fed up with the injuries. The season hasn't even begun. Does K9 have his big chance now?

Hello Eddie Griffin....

Please check my posts under thread "Mo Taylor." Still waiting to get word on exactly what type of Achilles tendon injury he has (tear vs. sprain etc.).

Hello Eddie Griffin....
I am also sick of all the injuries we get every year. Hakeem, Charles, Maurice, etc. The Rockets must have the worst luck with injuries!

Get well soon Mo!

I'm all for letting Kenny and Eddie have a chance, but we might want Mason for a 1 year if Mo can't come back soon...

If he actully is out for the year, and we cant get some one like Jahiddi White then we are screwed unless E. Griffin can really step up (which he has the potential to). KT is good but I dont think he is ready to be on a starting role.

You better tell that to Jordan, Shaq, Franchise, Cuttino, Kobe and the rest of the league. They all play to stay in shape in the off season...many at Westside.

Not even close to the pain Nets fans feel every year
