I didn't think much of Parsons at first but that was a great stare down.

This rookie has balls, that was what the rockets needed.

I really like Parsons. Best prospect is a Keith Van Horn type.

True, we need him to spread that attitude in the locker room.

That was more like a playful "I got you there, big brother" look. I don't know if Chandler Parsons can even do a nasty look.

you know how i know he's white? he's smiling after that dunk.

if there's anything i've learned from black people, it's when you do something good, you have to look mad. you're not really mad but you just make an angry face.

weak. I thought it was going to be a in-yo-face type of dunk

Parsons is really impressive. Not statistically - just the way he moves around.

This play was all basketball IQ - 90% IQ. He really didn't get that high or anything. In fact, he could have been called for a loose ball foul (he definitely moved Blake out of position and it should have been called a foul).

But what impressed me was how he followed K-marts shot and timed it so that if it missed he'd be right there.

The little I've seen of him he shows that talent. And that is a very valuable skill in a young player. This guy has definite potential.
