    Thanks Rockets for giving Lin a shot. Was hoping that my childhood favorite team would keep him, and wish he got more minutes to show his complete game, but understand the glut of PGs on the team and the guaranteed contracts. Good luck to Lin; his talent and hard work will be appreciated wherever he goes.

    I was rooting for him, but no need for a appreciation thread when he never played a minute of actual gametime. If so then we'd have 8 appreciation threads every offseason.

    I feel like Lin was better than the average preseason player though. He touched certain fans like no other player has in a long time
