Most of us have lost faith in Arsene Wenger completely. I'm not a masochist so I'll probably spend most of this season rooting for Barca, even if I refuse to betray my loyalties to Arsenal. This season obviously belongs to City and ManU so there's no point -- best we can do is cling to a glimmer of hope that we will qualify for a Champions League playoff next year.

This is a new low, for sure.

the 8-2 defeat was a real low point but I feel like this might actually spur wenger to bring someone in as the fans will demand a reaction. I'm not saying the game was inexcusable but maybe a blowout will humble the arsenal players and make them play better. I think i'm just grabbing at straws.

I was completely unattached to anything sports related this weekend (other than games I played in) and didn't know about this arse-kicking until this morning. Wish I would have seen it happen. 8-2 in an EPL game?

yh it was humiliating for the team...but the away fans did us proud by outsinging manchester... glad they will get free tickets to an away game for it
