The script should be leaked by the end of the week. I did find a post by someone who said they've read it. If true, it sounds really cool!
Big Tarantino fan, he tackles almost every genre and makes good use of it... This is going to be fun....
What genres? He just does his own thing. It's a happy day when I get to see a Tarantino at the cinema.
Watch some old movies especially ones from the 70's you'll see some influences.. No **** he does his own thing, he's the director.. I'm talking about the elements he add to his movies, little homages from old movies.. Clearly Kill Bill is not the first female vigilante movie you've ever seen before right???
I like his movies, but it's one thing to do an homage and another to just completely take something. I thought it was eff'd up that he called his movie "Inglorious Basterds" when there was already a movie called "The Inglorious Bastards" that is about a group of soldiers in WWII. Now he's using the name Django when there is already a spaghetti western titled Django.
Script Available now. 166 pages. Enjoy. http://hotfile.com/dl/116661269/f0d82aa/Django_Unchained_TARANTINO.pdf.html
It was meant to be like that (a remix if you will). If you watched both movies you would know they are entirely different. Tarantino's is better, and it's not even close.
Just finished reading it. Wow! I'm watching this during a mantinee in the lily white suburbs when it comes out.
