anyone got this phone from tmobile? What are the pros & cons?

Looks like tmobile are running a promotion now for this model, free with 2 yr contract, might get one for the wife.

From personal experience, stay away from Samsung Mobile. If you're looking for a TV from them go for it.

There's a CNET review for you. I guess now that I know it's not an Android based phone it's up to you, but Samsung has a really bad rep nowadays for the way they handled the Galaxy S variant of phones.

for the way they handled the galaxy s variant in the United States since I know there is going to be someone to say this wasn't the case in Europe and to blame the carriers.
Yes, the carriers had alot to do with it as well. The carriers however didn't have anything to do with the GPS flaw in most galaxy s variants, as well as the "TWS" time without signal bug where CDMA phones drained battery consistently because it was searching for a GSM signal it was never going to find.
