Not enough data . . . Almost every team has games where they give up a ton of points. I remember giving up 120 and 130 the the Mavs last year on different occasions. Still finished in the middle of the pack defensively.
Playoff/Contending teams should not be middle of the pack. That being said we aren't currently a contending team so its alright.
But they are. We gave up the same number of points as Denver last year and they were the #4 seed. We gave up 3 ppg less than Phoenix and they were the #3 seed. Dallas was #15 in the league in defense. Utah was 12th, OKC was 11th. All made the playoffs in the west. I agree that we're not a contender.
More than half the teams in the NBA make the playoffs, so there are always middle of the pack defensive teams in the playoffs. Also, we're not really a contending team at this point.
That's getting a little ridiculous. I wonder if the NBA will ever try to make a rule limiting tattoos. Of course there will have to be players that are exempt since they were in the league before the rule. Many employers have rules that tattoos can't be visible and men can't wear earing's, etc. On topic, Texans are the worst and now the tougher schedule beings
Dude, why do people... especially the ones that are continuously on the spotlight and the one to whom kids will look up... do that to their bodies? Anyway, he's a great player. Our defense does NOTHING. NOTHING.
2 out of 82 games = 2.4% sample size for Rockets. Not enough info. 6 out of 16 games for Texans = 37.5% sample size. Enough info. For now, Texans. When the Rockets are a third of the way through the schedule and still terrible, I'll reconsider.
