thats great i was just about to post on here a few days ago about if they are planning to retire and was going to say they should. i think it should be retired league wide since she had a key part in the league beginning. i know they dont usually retire a jersey leaguewide every time a person dies but she meant a lot to the start of the league.. i think malek sealy etc should have jersey retired because when a player dies as a member of ateam he deserves that respect and s hould be forever remembered. well glad to hear they are retiring it...lets retire van chancelors suit when he gets done coaching

My apologies for responding to a late thread but I did want to say Kim's story touched me greatly. She is truly deserving of this monumentous honor (I teared up when I heard the news!). What a class organization!!!

Calvin23 how do you create a smile like that in a response?

julie, i'm not calvin23, but i can tell how to do the smiles thing from learning myself. i just click on the " reply w/quote " feature and look directly at his/her typing. you can see how they do it there. at least that's how i do it. you don't have to really reply if you don't want to, just back out of it.

There's yet another way to get the smiles too: When you post a reply, just look to the left of the field you're typing in and you'll see a link titled "Smilies Legend." All the instructions are right there.
