Will Comets soar again?
Pretty good article for Comets and WNBA fans... I pick the Comets to win it all again this year, which would make them the first American professional basketball team to win four-straight league titles since the NBA’s Boston Celtics won eight in a row from 1959-66. The reason I like the Comets is that their “Big Three”-Cooper, Swoopes, and Thompson won’t play in the Olympics. Sports Illustrated predicted the same (beating NY again).
