after the maimi game wednesday and before the game saturday, the sol waived six players. the comets have only cut two players and that was over a week ago...any thoughts on did not impress at wednesday's game. i did not get to hear much of the game on saturday due to family in town over the weekend and only hear about ten minutes during the first period and what is written on the chronicle web site.

the only one's i saw that seemed fairly assured of a spot were Andrea Garner and Tiffiny Johnson. Johnson will need some conditioning, but if she plays that well out of shape i don't think it would be that much of a risk taking her on. besides we could use someone of her size with Tausha Mills to contend with all summer.

as far as guards go...they all looked good and bad equally. i really didn't see anyone that stood out as exceptional. Conquese looked better than i thought she would so i'm eating my crow as promised...Dena Head and Renee Robinson both looked as if they could handle T-spoon with no problem. Kelly-Gibson seemed to have the most consistant shot and was a little guicker than the other guards, but was so tiny ( thin ) she might be subject to a little pushing around by some of the bigger guards in the league.

i don't know,...what do you guys think???
