[rant] How in the world does Chris McKendry still an anchor on ESPN?

    This has been bothering me for a while, this woman

    is a HORRIBLE anchor on SportsCenter, a wikipedia says that she has been at ESPN since 96, 14 year now, seriously???

    14 years of messing up half the highlights she does, bumbling through interviews, unfunny remarks, etc.

    She is also the master of the weird pauses during a highlight. All of this is annoying because I watch SC every day and when she is on I cringe.

    I honestly think she is drunk while on the set.

    And it's NOT because she is a woman talking about sports, but on the whole all the women working for ESPN are quite bad except for Linda Cohn. McKendry is the worst though.

    I love sportscenter, but at this time of the year it's hard to watch.

    I suppose if you're a big baseball fan, you would enjoy it.

    I have to agree with the OP. She comes off as a space cadet at times, almost as if she's detached from the conversation.

    And she's kind of the white, female version of Tony Dungy with that blank stare.

    She also has a ginormous head. Her, Dana Jacobson and Wandy Rodriguez could form a parade.

    the last sports center i watched was in 2001 or maybe 2002.... when broadband really took hold. why wait 30 minutes for the scores to crawl across the screen, and no highlights when you can get it in seconds online?
