Glad he loves Houston so much. And I hope we keep him, he's got big time potential, and he already showed progress at the end of the season.
Notice how downtown is pretty much empty. WTH is up with the Pavilions? I was excited when it was being built because I thought it would bring something lively to downtown, but today it's only filled up to like 20% capacity.
I meant to say "He" instead of I <object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/cdf8YmhmKYM&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/cdf8YmhmKYM&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>
Hard to not like Jordan Hill. He seems to fit in much more nicely in Houston compared to New York... Keep WORKING!!!
I heard Aaron Brooks is quite the bowler aswell. Glad to here that the guys stay connected and talk to each other outside the court aswell.
Houston always seems to be one of the worst-hit cities when the economy tanks. I remember the early 80's, there was double-digit unemployment, massive numbers of empty office buildings and other real estate sitting idle. Tech centers were supposed to be the new oil, but just like with oil, Houston's economy is not diverse enough to weather the storm. And now BP happens (the other shoe). It's TMac's fault.
Brooks has said in interviews this last year that he believes bowling has helped him develop that touch or "English" to help him finish so well around the rim. Jordan Hill having that kind of a touch with his size and athleticism with added footwork is a nice sign. Very exciting player for us coming into next year. Keep on Bowling Jordan.
