And he hit 2 FTs in OT as well. Where are those guys who refuse to see the truth about our near all star PG? So CLUTCH !!!!!! BTW - last year in Boston, AB broke Rondo down and passed to Von for the winning 3pter. DD
Thanks Clutch! Also remember the play where Jordan Hill battled against 4 Celtics for offensive boards? It would be nice to see it again.
it's a good thing we were down 3, cause if down only 1 or 2 AB would have likely drived in, and get hammered/no call or blocked
I think he alternates. It's funny to watch the board go after him after dumb game endings and then elevate him to sainthood after good ones. It's like "wait, where were half of you when he made that boneheaded play to close the game a few games ago?" And when they're all pissed at him, it's like "wait, weren't you just saying he was God's gift to point guards a few games ago??"
He certainly makes mistakes, but the point is to see growth......the AB detractors fail to see the good.....or growth. No one is saying he is all he can be...this is his first year starting....and he is already really good.... I doubt he gets that much better, but I do think we will see incremental growth as he gets smarter and more efficient at crucial points......and probably becomes a better passer..... AB is the real deal.....I can't believe how many quality players this team has that were drafted late in the first or in the 2nd....outstanding. DD
