Has anyone ever used theticketexperience.com ? HELP!

    I was looking for concert tickets on craigslist and saw an ad by by theticketexperience.com and was wondering if any one can vouch if they are legit are not.

    I called the local Houston office and the tickets I wanted were sold out, but when they offered me more expensive seats, I bargained a lower price and they accepted it (fishy?)

    I was a bit concerned tho bc they didn't have hard tickets to pick up, they said they needed my credit card over the phone and they will transfer flashseats.. I'm not too familiar with flashseats in general, so I was hesitant. The webiste looks legit as far as I can tell, but I was needing help to judge if it was safe or not.

    I've used them twice and they're not bad. If you're wondering about whether you'll get the tickets, you will. And unlike other places, they usually don't charge you one of those "service fees". They once even gave me a free Tundra Parking Pass which was appreciated.

    I went ahead and bought the tickets after getting some help from their customer service, good people.

    they have good deals on rox tix too if anyone is interested

    I'm one of the owners of TheTicketExperience.com and the positive feedback is appreciated.

    As a thank you to the ClutchFans community we will give away a pair of seats in section 114 row F for tomorrow nights game (Wizards).

    If you are interested in the tickets just reply to this thread with something along the lines of "please include me in the drawing for the free tickets" and at 9 AM tomorrow morning we will randomly draw the name of the winner.

    StubHub definitely has its pluses and minuses.

    Whiled scalpers/brokers typically have bad reputations and we do make money on 'hot' events we do too take losses on games or season ticket purchases that don't pan out.

    That being said we small business owners and value our clients and their loyalty during these tough economic times. The more clients we can help folks find tickets the more we can do promotions from time to time. I don't want posters to think this is spam, so as long as people would appreciate the opportunity to get free tickets then we will do it.

    Otherwise I don't want to be accused of cluttering up what is a great basketball message board hence why I've been really quiet until we were just now mentioned by name

    Rest assured, I don't think a free ticket offer where all you have to do is make a post (not have to go to some website and sign up, etc.) is an advertisement none of us will ever complain about.

    Whether it will actually help your business, I'm not sure.

    I use them for all my premium tickets here and in other cities when I'm traveling. They have offered center court tickets at half price and always go above and beyond in treating me well. I would definitely reccomend them
