I am not going to be a snitch and rat people out, but it is ridiculous or maybe I should just shut up and join the crowd.

I just sometimes wonder if there is any academic integrity at all.

Just rat them out anonymously, you'll help yourself and other honest students by lowering the curve.

cheating, especially at that level is just pathetic. You shouldn't feel bad at all about doing this, if they have to cheat to make it where you are, they don't deserve to be there, other honest students will appreciate it.

Join along....you'll never be able to snitch out all the cheaters, so if you cant beat em, join them.

Thats what I did and it works.

We b*tch about folx getting away with isht. . .
. . but no one wants to be a Tattletale!!!
    Grow Up!

    On the real,
I know it is not an easy thing to do . . and I wish more people would do it.
Follow you conscience and live with the consequences.

It sucks. I cannot blame you if you choose not too.
Hell . . I have done it before myself.

That NO TATTLETALE thing is DEEPLY ingrained in us.
we appreciate someone being BOLD ENOUGH to cheat is seems.
we seem to even admire it on some level

It's not bad karma to report someone for cheating. It's apart of the academic code you are supposed to take before starting

    same here

I don't get why "snitching" is considered a bad thing. You're an adult, there is no problem with doing what is right

I think his point is that you arent doing a bad thing by calling out the cheaters...so there shouldnt be bad karma in return.

I assumed you meant karma would come back to get the cheater, I guess not.

There would be no repercussions for turning in a cheater because there is nothing wrong with doing that. And this Karma idea only works if you believe in it, which I do not

I'm opposed to cheating at the graduate academic level, however I just don't see the need to report a cheater.
