Another site's forum has a report that Portland has traded Dale Davis and Luc Longley for Charles Oahkley and Dell Curry...anyone else got anything on this?

Let me work this out....

NY lets go of Longley
POR lets go of Dale Davis
TOR lets go of Oakley and Curry

This doesn't work out, mate.

AAAARRGGGHHH!! Soory, I meant to say Will Perdue.Just heard another report on the Portland paper, there guy says people all over the league are saying now it's Dale Davis AND Damon Stoudamire...the Porltand reporter says that while it's uneven talent wise, it's being done for cap reasons. Both Oak and Curry's contracts are up after this year, and Portland needs to lower there salaries. You can check it out through NBA Draft.net, click on Team Links, Portland. Also, the guy says there's a lot to it, 'cause even Dell Curry is saying he's hearing it too, and he's pissed at leaving the East COast.
