I really like the new uniforms, but it seemed like all the Rockets had a size too big. The Thunder have the same uniform type and all of there players uni's were more form fitting. Chuck Hayes neck line hung all the way down to the middle of his chest. They just looked sloppy! Only Chase and maybe Andersen actually looked like theres fit right. What are you guys thoughts?

I like the cut 100 times better than our standard jerseys.
I was glad to not have to look at those lame shoulder stripes on our standards for at least one night.
I also didn't mind the amount of mustard as much as I thought I would.
If it were up to me, we'd use these along with a white/red version and ditch the other ones.

i agree they were loose...which is weird because the sketched design was drawn to be form fitting...i'm guessing the manufacturer's sizes run big or something like that...

Well we obviously know what they look like. The question is for seeing them after the first in game action. Do you really need to be a smart a$$?

I prefer the classic "Houston" lettering of the throwback jerseys over the jagged but tacky "Rockets" lettering. Would've been cooler if we could have "Clutch City" in the front. Overall though, doesn't look too bad.

EDIT: Sorry, I meant the jagged "Houston" lettering.

How am I being a smart ***? By posting a pic of them? By comparing them to a McDonalds jersey? ok Does it matter if one seems them in "action" or if one seems them on someone standing still? That within itself should tell you how I feel. No, they're nothing special. Alright, but nothing special. No need to be a smart ***

I loved them! They were a perfect blend of the old and the new, in my opinion. Just wish they would replace the red ones with these.

I'm being nit-picky, but I don't like that the jersey numbers are yellow. The numbers on the front and back of the jersey should have been white to match the the white houston letters.
The colors of the letters and numbers on the 94 and 95 jerseys were white.

I'd have to look again. You might be right. I was so blown away by the improvement that I didn't look that close!

I'm TOTALLY with you. That was the first thing I noticed on the jerseys, other than that I like them a lot.

They need to ditch current unis, just use a white version of the alternate for home with an all red version for road.

This was killing me the whole game too. Yellow number looks so out of place.

They actually looked like basketball uniforms as opposed to those whacky asian-designed costumes we normally wear.

I agree with everyone on here who said we need to DUMP our current jerseys!!! Red and Yellow ARE the Rockets.
IT'S TIME for a jersey upgrade. I think we're long overdue. Hopefully this jersey was created to "test the waters" so to speak.
