Best "drive-thru" breakfast?

    OK, now that we've eliminated the Denny's and IHOP's out there, I'd like to see a consensus on the best place to grab breakfast on the go.

    I'm gonna have to go with the Egg Mcmuffin. With Whataburger's potato, egg and cheese taquito following closely behind with the place. The show will, oddly enough, be a new Whataburger menu item: Biscuits and gravy.

    What are some other favorites?

    Can you eat biscuits and gravy while driving, though?

    1. McD's hasbrowns - I could seriously make a meal out of these on their own.
    2. McD's sausage & egg biscuit - because I don't want to make a meal out of just hashbrowns
    3. Restaurant El Chef breakfast tacos - A mom & pop place by my house in Round Rock...best breakfast tacos ever.

    Just about the only thing I like at McDonalds is breakfast.

    For driving: McGriddles (with bacon)
    Taking back to work: Deluxe Breakfast


    Whataburger has good stuff, too. The honey chicken biscuits, not to mention biscuits and gravy.

    Where is that?

    I don't see how anybody likes McDonald's breakfast. Their biscuits and other breads are always dry. Give me Burger King's menu over McDonald's anytime, any day. I'll give my vote to Hardee's because of their cinnamon raisin biscuits with BK coming in a close second.

    i choose chick fil a for the chicken biscuit or chick'n minis

    However, the egg mcmuffin is supposedly one of the healthiest of fast food breakfast options

    Judging by the responses here, I guess I'll have to try this. Chicken on a biscuit has never sounded like a breakfast item to me, though.

    Chick Fil A chicken minis. Almost or equally as great as the honey butter chicken biscuit.

    Sausage, egg, and cheese taquito from whataburger. What i do is get the meal, then put the hash browns in it, making it an ultimate taquito.

    Sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin, and this is weird, i put a little grape jelly in it. I dunno why its so good.
