Last night during his lovefest with the Republicans, President Bush referred to two presidents "10 and 20 years ago" who championed tax cuts-Reagan and John F. Kennedy. Are all Republicans stupid and don't realize that JFK was assasinated nearly 38 years ago? Do I need to define the word assasinate? Does he even remember that his Dad was president 10 years ago? Does coke mess with your memory that much?

George W. Bush is the dumbest person in Politics. I firmly believe that. He is an idiot, a complete and total (as he would spell it) ideeut. I also think that most republican POLITICIANS are morons too.

I happened to catch the tail-end of the speech, and I'm pretty sure he said "20 and 40 years ago", not 10 & 20.

That's amazing that the three people I was with all heard the same exact thing. Oh well, I stand corrected. Republicans are still stupid.

What is really stupid is that Bush mentioned that the economic boom we were in started 10 years ago.

Yea, right. While his dad was in office? The same year as the Gulf War? In other words, 1991?

Still neglecting to give credit where credit is due.

Who's stupid?

One sure sign of stupidity is shooting your mouth off when you don't have the facts or, even worse, you have the facts WRONG....

Republicans rule in this great Republic!

When my son was 8, he used to call the Dems Dummycraps. What insight!

Would everybody please grow up?

This sounds like elementary school arguments,
"my daddy is better than yours."

"no he's not."

"yes he is."

"not infinity!"

Not trying to call you or your kid out, but...

Does anyone really expect an Eight year old to know much (if any) about politics? I don't think it was funny for your son to call a Democrat (I'm not one, hence, I am not trying to defend them.) a [i]Dummycraps[i]. As a matter of fact, I find it sad. He is making a generalized statement about the believes of a certain group that he has no knowledge of.

This reminds me of the thread that rimbaud wrote, "On Race", where kids are being influenced/fed/ingrained the idea of "prejudice". Granted, prejudice on political parties is not as bad as prejudice against Race, never the less, it starts them toward a bad trend.

I am not saying that you, your family, your friends, or your kid's friends are molding your kid into a biggot, but I think you should be "alarmed" with what he said than thinking that it was funny.

I don't believe in PC, but making fun of a group of people/believe that you have no knowledge of can be a dangerous thing to learn (or practice) at such an early age.
