This tells me that they are hesitant to show any sort of aggression against Russia, which further questions their willingness to actually go to war if such time will ever arise.
europe is dependent on russia for oil and natural gas. if they speak up, russia will turn off the spigot...

Blatant attempt to benefit politically from the crisis. Can't say I'm surprised. Heck, Obama might as well fly to Tbilisi himself and "one up" McCain.
