Foreign peace? We might not be at war, but we've had soldiers stationed in dangerous foreign countries for the last eight years.

There hasn't been any foreign peace. Most of the continent of africa has been in an almost constant state of war. The situation in the former Yugoslavia grew so out of control as to include attempts at ethnic cleansing. And the UN constantly bombs Iraq.

I know. And this is different from the past 5000 years how? The world is ALWAYS at war. Sadly, it probably always will be.
