1. This website is pretty reliable on celebrity gossip. At least from what I remember them reporting in the past. 2. Wouldn't you say the same thing about the girl in Colorado? And regardless of whether it rose to the level of rape or not, it certainly seemed like there was some strong coercion on Kobe's part.

That website is great. It really isn't about celebrity gossip, it is about reality gossip, mainly like myspace celebrities and the douchbags and skanks you see out at the same clubs every weekend. Click on the "Houston" section at the top - to see some locals. The guy who created this site started it with only one city. Scottsdale, Arizona. It used to be called dirtyscottsdale.com - then he branched out to more cites and it is actually a funny and successful site - just browse the cites. The ones on "Dallas" are the best! Anyways, the guy is from Arizona, the suns and lakers are rivals - nobody in Phoenix likes Kobe - so this report could be very biased.
