Hornets... for at least round 2.

I do not want SA adding to their trophy case.

In the east, I'd love to see ATL beat the Celtics. Sam is a coat tail rider. It would serve him right for not coming to Houston.

Imagine if he would have been here to run point?

Sigh, sigh, sigh.

it's all about that A-T-L ..

this team is just absolutely great.. they play defense like a college team, they have great young players who can score, and they play with great heart..

it would be the greatest story of all time if they actually win it all this year, being under 500, barely making the playoffs, beating every team on the road, being nobody's choice and in the end, winning it all..

gee, does that sound familiar?

Lakers v. Jazz ....i find it impossible to root for either team ......i just want them to knock the bloody hell out of each other ...

in a perfect world, it will go to a game 7 where the scoreboard @ Staples Center will fall onto both teams right before tipoff, thus making the NBA cancel the series and award the SA v. NO winner a trip to the NBA finals by default

yeah, that would be PERFECT

I would like for it to be San Antonio. I think it will inspire Scola to continue to improve his game, plus the Spurs never trash-talk us or put us down, unlike the Jazz and Hornets and Mavericks.

ya that is my thought exactly, the spurs fans are a classact unlike the jazz and mavs fans. hell you would think the jazz have 18 titles by the way their fans act

I'm pulling for the Lakers to take out Utah, after that I dont care. In the east I'm pulling for Orlando.

None, I root against teams rather for them. I'm somewhat happy when teams I despise the least win, case in point when Miami beat the mavpr!cks.

I hate most Lakers fans but there are some cool ones. Most of them don't use basketball knowledge when defending the Lakers...they jump straight into why Kobe is this and that and why LA is a better place than where you live or your team lives. LA is great, but it has it's problems too, but you don't want to go down that road when you're talking about basketball.

I'm rooting for LA to kill the Jazz. In the East, I want the Celtics to win because I love Ray Allen...and I think KG deserves one. But PP is trash and I don't want him to get one...so GO ATL.

Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming are top 15 NBA players. Why? They made the All-NBA Third Team.

It has yet to be seen if the "Adelman Offense" works or not. Last season doesn't count.

Spurs..my 2nd favorite team behind the Rockets. Unlike most other teams in the league, the Spurs don't f**ck around. They take care of business.

"They're are no stars on this team." Coach Pop

Duncan- favorite player
Ginobili- 2nd favorite player.

New Orleans: Chris Paul is a jerk.
LA Lakers: Kobe wanted out, now he doesn't because of the conspiracy trade.
Utah: A bunch of lying cheaters, fakers, punks.

I just don't want Boston, Utah, or LA winning anything. Despite my dislike for Chris Paul, the city of New Orleans could use the uplift.

Spurs would be my first choice simply because the people there are nice. But I wouldn't mind N.O. winning one for feel-good sake

Probably Atlanta. When the Rockets are not playing, I'm paying more attention to players rather than teams.

So I'm for Cleveland (LeBron), Bonzi going off against SA and Deron having some good games.

My most hated team has already been knocked out so I'm not particularly against anyone. I don't want to see KG win though.

Wow, how com we think so much alike? EXACTLY what I wanted to say. I can't believe so many people here would root for the Lakers. Even if you are not a Laker hater like me, you should still want them to fail because of the Gasol robbery. It's just not fair if they win. Same with the Celtics.

I am going to root for the Magic. Then the Pistons. Then the Hawks.
I will definitely root against the Lakers, the Jazz, and the Celtics.

I'll be rooting for the Hornets.
I've liked Paul ever since he's come into the league.
The Alston-Chandler-Paul incidents made me quietly root for them less - however i still want to see Paul succeed.
Beating the Spurs would be awesome to see. Paul's teardrop over Duncan's outstretched arm while Bowen's all over him for the win - is something i hope i see this series.

Although it seems highly unlikely to happen - i'd like to see Atlanta win game 7. Ever since KG has been in Boston my respect for him as a player has decreased dramatically. To see Songalia suspended and Garnett allowed to play on - is ridiculous.

I have to admit i've got a man crush on Josh Smith aswell.. I love the kids athleticism.

Apart from that.. I wouldn't mind seeing the Magic overcome Detroit.. As for the championship - anyone but the Spurs, Jazz or Celtics.
