Why did that Jazz fan get ejected during the game? And also, did we get a technical free throw for that? Sorry if this thread is a bit useless, I really wanted to know
I don't know, but they let him back in because they showed his stickered up face full frame on TNT well after he was supposedly ejected.
If I heard correctly on TNT, he was ejected at first but was later given a warning by NBA referee Bob Delaney. I believe the fan directed his obscenities at Delaney. The name of the fan escapes me but he's a regular Jazz fan. He's some big name doctor up in Salt Lake City. He was also ejected in a game the 1990s when he had some choice words at Charles Barkley.
That was Game 3..not 2...but anyways..Did anyone else notice that the same guy that got kicked out, was allowed back in, I swear i saw him again with a baby blue shirt on, with all those stickers on his face...I spotted him in the crowd atleast 3 more times after he was supposedly kicked out...anyone else notice that??
im sure you meant game 3 but ya i saw him get kicked out that was sweet i wish they would eject the whole arena....hahahh
The newscasters never mentioned why he was ejected. <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ViOZsvw_rPo&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ViOZsvw_rPo&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
Yeah, I thought I saw him too. But I mean an old White guy decked out in stickers was pretty much the demographic for 70% of the Jazz crowd in the hot seats ($$$).
Yep, that was him in blue shirt. He looked a tad bit buzzed the first time he was ushered out. I guess they thought the blue shirt would hide him.
Well, it's good to know that I'm not the only verbal fan getting temporarily removed from their seats. He was allowed back in with a warning . . . which was the same thing I got at game 2. (bastards)
he cursed at the referee. charles remembered him and noted he wanted to knock him out a few times. of course like all folks in utah, he flopped and cried his way back in the game for the 2nd half.
delaney could do a better job on his whistle-blowing. but the guy is tough. iirc, he was a former fbi agent.
